For customers in the UK:

Orders shipped to the UK are eligible for duty-free treatment under the UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

Customers will not be required to pay any additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. The amount paid at checkout will be the final amount payable for your order and delivery.

For customers in the US:

There are no surprise duties or taxes for customers in the US.

All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order. What you see at checkout is what you pay, and you will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

For customers in India:

While we are based in India, due to certain regulatory compliance restrictions, we are currently unable to service deliveries within India through iwasasari.com.

However, we may be able to process your order through other channels. Please write to us at shop@iwasasari.com, and our team will assist you with your order.

If you are based in India but would like your order shipped internationally, you will require an international credit/debit card, and we will be able to process your order through our international website.

For orders being delivered within India, please visit our India store at iwasasari.in.

For the rest of the world:

We do not collect taxes or import duties at our end.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or other applicable fees at the destination. The calculation methods and amounts may vary depending on your country's regulations.

As these charges are determined by local customs authorities, we are unable to determine the exact amount you may be required to pay.
