Shipping Zones:
We are shipping worldwide barring a few exceptions. We are continually working to expand our shipping coverage to serve customers in more regions. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for potential shipping options.

Shipping Partners:
We’ve partnered with trusted international courier services including DHL, FedEx, and Aramex to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
The courier used will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination country.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
If you choose Standard Shipping (Express), your order will typically arrive within 4 - 5 business days from the date of shipment. Customers in Europe and the US can generally expect delivery within this timeframe. For other countries, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the destination.
If you choose Eco Shipping, your order will be shipped via Aramex and is expected to arrive within 10 -12 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local courier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a tracking ID so you can monitor your shipment at any time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order, as well as your shipping address. You can view the shipping cost for your specific order during the checkout process.
Import Duties and Taxes:
For customers in EU:
- For orders up to EUR 150: We collect Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout. This simplifies the shopping experience for our EU customers. Orders up to EUR 150 are also exempt from customs duty.
- For orders above EUR 150, we collect duties and taxes at checkout, so you won’t need to pay any additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. However, customers in Italy are required to pay an additional charge of EUR 2 per shipment, while customers in France are required to pay EUR 2 per item at the time of delivery. Please note that these charges are separate from the order and delivery charges paid at checkout and will be collected by the delivery partner.
For customers in UK:
We do not collect any taxes at our end. The order may be subject to taxes / import duties at your destination address. We cannot determine the exact charges you need to pay. Please note these charges are over the order + delivery charges that you pay now to us. Please check with your local customs office for information on these additional charges.
For customers in the US:
No surprise fees for US customers. All duties and taxes are included. What you see is what you pay.
For customers in India:
While we are based in India, due to certain regulatory compliance restrictions, we are currently unable to service deliveries within India through the website.
However, we will be able to process your orders through other channels. Please write to us at shop@iwasasari and we will process your orders through our other channels.
If you are based in India, but you want to ship it internationally, you will require an international credit/debit card and we will be able to process your order through the normal route.
For rest of the world:
We do not collect any taxes at our end. The order may be subject to import duties or taxes at the destination address. Please note that the calculation methods and amounts of import duties or taxes can vary based on your specific country's regulations.
We cannot determine the exact charges you need to pay. Please note these charges are over the order + delivery charges that you pay now. Please check with your local customs office for information on these additional charges.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID via email. You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status and location of your order while it's in transit.
Changing or Cancelling Orders:
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can be made before the order is shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take quality control seriously and ensure that your products are in excellent condition when they leave our facility. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will assist you with a resolution.
